VEXARA: The Twin Front · AssistTech Corp · updated 2026-10-08
This policy explains what the game VEXARA: The Twin Front ("the game") collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Game account. When you first open the game, our server creates an anonymous player account: a random player ID and a random secret key stored on your device. We do not ask for your name or phone number.
- Google sign-in (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google to keep your progress across devices, we receive your Google account ID and email address from Google and store them with your player account. We use them only to find and restore your account.
- Friends. If you add friends, we store your friend list and show your friends when you were last online.
- Game progress. Your profile (levels, units, currencies, items, settings you choose to sync) and battle replays you submit, so the server can verify results and keep your progress.
- Display name. If you set one, it is shown on leaderboards and in clans.
- Purchases. For in-app purchases we receive the Google Play purchase token and product ID to verify and deliver the purchase. Payment details are handled by Google and never reach us.
- Technical data. Our server sees your IP address while handling a request (used briefly for rate limiting against abuse; not stored in your profile).
- Crash reports. If the game hits an error, it sends the error message, the app version and your device/browser type, linked to your player ID, so we can fix bugs. We keep the most recent reports only and delete them with your account.
- Analytics and crash reports (only with your consent). If you choose ACCEPT in the game's privacy prompt (or turn on Settings → Account → Analytics & crash reports), the app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics: app usage events (for example a level played and its result), app crashes, the app version, your device model and OS, and your random player ID. Firebase Analytics does not read your advertising ID. You can turn this off at any time in the same setting.
Advertising
The game shows only optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (you choose to watch one, for example for a bonus reward or a revive; there are no forced ads). AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and similar data to show and measure ads. Ads are personalized only if you agree in the game's privacy prompt; otherwise non-personalized ads are requested. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data in ads.
How we use data
- To run the game, save progress and deliver purchases.
- To verify battles and prevent cheating and fraud.
- To show leaderboards, clans and other online features.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the game: Google (Play Billing, AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics when you consent) and our server hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany). Other players can see your display name, portrait, scores, clan membership and, for your friends, when you were last online. Your email address is never shown to other players.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account while you play. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the game: Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, scores and account from our server (backups roll over within 7 days). You can also request deletion on the web: delete my account.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on a secured server.
Changes
We will update this page if what we collect changes, and change the date above.
