Delete your VEXARA account

In the game (fastest)

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is removed right away.

Without the game

Email assistechcorp@gmail.com with the subject "VEXARA account deletion" and your player ID (shown in Settings → Account, for example ID 1A2B3C4D). We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile and progress, currencies and items, scores, crash reports and the account itself. Purchase records needed for tax and fraud prevention (purchase token, product, date) may be kept for up to 3 years. Server backups roll over within 7 days.
